The mission of the Office of Public Affairs is to provide professional and effective communications services to the college in support of the advancement of the institution and its mission. The Office of Public Affairs seeks to achieve this mission through the development of communications strategies for internal audiences that facilitate their ability to serve as effective public ambassadors for the college, and for external audiences to gain their support of the college.Key functions of the department include institutional press releases, including student hometown press releases; publications and management of institutional photos and images; professional media relations, and external communications services for internal client departments.
